How to order

Order is processed as below:

Step 1: Log in with a member ID
Step 2: Search for products.
Step 3: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 4: Fill in the order form (recipient's English name/address/mobile number/email required).
Step 5: Check out with payment with Paypal or Bank transfer(
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order confirm number.

    Shipping rates are variable according to the weight of the package and your delivering site.

    Once we ship your package you will receive the tracking number by your email or you can check it in the Order Check menu.

Returns & Exchanges
Personal (order-made) products are not subject to exchange and returns under any circumstances except when there was a fault from us, such as when a different item was delivered.
General products are refundable only once, and only size/color can be exchanged.
Exchange and return are acceptable only when the product is unworn and is notified within 7 days from receiving.

Return Instructions
1) Request for Exchange or Return on the Order Check menu within 7 days from receiving (attach the image of items/ describe reasons for requesting the refund/exchange).
2) Check for Customer Service’s confirmation.
3) Send the package and leave the tracking number on the confirmation message as a reply. (The delivery fee should be prepaid by the customer)
4) Inspection by us
5) In the case of return, we will refund with Paypal
   In the case of exchange, we need you to pay shipping fee by Paypal
   (The delivery fee will be excepted if the exchange/return is due to our fault. )

Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff.
Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent will not be accepted.

Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect items must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact.
The items must be sent in their original packaging and unworn.
Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.
When you return the order caused by our fault, please take a photo of the shipping receipt and send it by email
The prepaid shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item has arrived.

The following items are not considered as defective
- Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
- Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish most customers hard to feel it is a defect

We do not accept returns if:
- they are Personal (order-made) items
- you are returning Tights , Bra cap, Leg-warmers
- the products are worn or damaged due to your mishandling
- your return request has not been approved by our staff
